Januarius of Cordoba
Januarius of Córdoba († 304 , probably on October 13 in Córdoba ) was a Christian martyr. According to legend, he was victim of the Diocletian persecution of Christians together with Faustus and Martialis and burned at the stake . The three are revered as the “three crowns of Cordoba”, as Prudentius called them, in southern Spain.
