Jason Dawe (journalist)

Jason Dawe (* 1967 in the county of Cornwall ) is a British automobile journalist and television presenter.

Life

Dawe grew up in Cornwall. He worked for car dealers and as a trainer in the automotive industry. When the BBC broadcast Top Gear resumed in 2002, he became the third presenter alongside Jeremy Clarkson and Richard Hammond . His segments of the show were more about cheap vehicles. After the first season, James May came to replace Jason Dawe. He later hosted the Used Car Roadshow at ITV4.

He writes regularly for The Sunday Times , mostly on used cars. He appears as a motor vehicle expert in various television and radio formats.

Dawe also works as a motivator and gives workshops.
