Jason Starr
Jason Starr (born November 22, 1966 in Brooklyn , New York City ) is an American writer and screenwriter . Starr has become internationally known in particular for his crime novels. He lives and writes in New York.
biography
Starr began writing short stories while he was still in college at Binghamton University . Soon he focused on scripts and plays for off-off Broadway theaters. Since he could not live from his writing activity for a long time, he earned his living with various jobs, for example as a telephone seller.
Meanwhile, his crime novels full of black humor and his scripts are so successful that he can concentrate fully on writing.
