Jean-Claude Mignon (born February 2, 1950 in Corbeil-Essonnes ) is a French politician of the Union pour un mouvement populaire .

Life

Mignon was a member of the National Assembly for the Seine-et-Marne department from 1988 to 2017 . From 2012 to 2014 Mignon was the successor to Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe . Mignon was mayor of Dammarie-lès-Lys from 1983 to 2014.
