Jean-Paul Cottret

Jean-Paul Cottret (born June 19, 1963 in Gien , Loiret ) is a French rally co-driver .

Life

The former racing mechanic decided to become co-pilot in 1992 and developed into one of the best in his field. With Stéphane Peterhansel he finished second in the Dakar Rally in 2000 , and in 2004 , 2005 , 2007 , 2012 and 2013 he won the rally with Peterhansel. Time and again he benefited from his ability to repair a car under pressure and under all conditions.

Jean-Paul Cottret now lives in Auxerre .
