Jean Bertrand (Bishop)
Jean Bertrand († probably March 1365 ) was Bishop of Lausanne from 1341 to 1342 and then Archbishop of Tarentaise until his death .
Life
Jean was the son of Jean de Brussol, a nobleman from Moûtiers in the Tarentaise . He was canon and treasurer of the Archdiocese of Tarentaise in 1336, and canon in Lausanne in 1337 . He was elected Bishop of Lausanne in 1341, but was made Archbishop of Tarentaise the following year.
