Jeff "Swampy" Marsh (also Jeff Harsh , Jeffrey Marsh or Swampy Marsh ; born December 9, 1960 in Santa Monica , California ) is an American cartoonist , director , film producer , voice actor , art director and screenwriter . With Dan Povenmire he invented the animated series Phineas and Ferb and Worse It's always with Milo Murphy
Life
Marsh's first professional steps began with the animated series Rockos Modern Life from 1993 to 1996 . In 1996 he won along with Dan Povenmire the EMA Award for work on the episode O-Town clean up of modern Rocko's life .
From 2007 to 2015 he worked with Povenmire on the animated series Phineas and Ferb . In the original version he is the dubbing voice of the Major Monogram .
Jeff Marsh has been married to Brigitte Marsh since December 17, 2006 and has two children with her.
