Jeff Sharlet
Jeff Sharlet (* 1972 ) is an American journalist and author of various publications on religious subcultures in the United States .
Sharlet is the co-founder of two online journals, Killing the Buddha , a magazine about religion, and The Revealer , a daily review of religion and media published by the Center for Religion and Media at New York University . His uncle of the same name, Jeff Sharlet, was a prominent Vietnam peace activist.
Jeff Sharlet lives in Brooklyn , New York .
