Dirck van Cloon
Dirck van Cloon (also Theodoor van Cloon ) (* 1684 in Batavia; † March 10, 1735 ) was Governor General of the Dutch East Indies from 1732 to 1735 . During his tenure, the sugar market collapsed, leading to unemployment and, as a result, an uprising among Chinese plantation workers.
