Jeffree "Jeff" David Withey (born March 7, 1990 in San Diego , California ) is an American basketball player .
Career
Withey played for the University of Kansas for four years . He was previously enrolled at the University of Arizona but did not play a game for the university team. After his college career, he was selected by the Portland Trail Blazers in the 2013 NBA Draft and shortly thereafter sold to the New Orleans Pelicans . In New Orleans Withey averaged 3.0 points, 2.3 rebounds and 0.7 blocks in two years.
At the beginning of the 2015/16 NBA season, Withey moved to the Utah Jazz .
