WNBA

In 2005, Jennifer Lacy was invited to the Connecticut Sun training camp . However, the Sun did not offer her a contract with the WNBA. In 2006 she was invited to the Phoenix Mercury training camp , where she made the jump into the Mercury roster. In the 2006 season, she played 33 of 34 regular season games for Phoenix. In the 2007 season she was 20 times on the course for Phoenix, scoring 1.8 points and 1 rebound per game. This season she was able to win the WNBA championship with the team for the first time. She was in the playoffs but only in one game for three minutes.

In the 2008 season , the Atlanta Dream joined the WNBA and in the Expansion Draft , Atlanta decided, among other things, for Lacy, who thus played for the Atlanta Dream since the 2008 season. After she was regularly in the team's starting line-up in her first season there, she was only used as a substitute in the 2009 season and her game shares fell significantly. For the 2010 season she moved to the Tulsa Shock team . There she got more playing time and appearances in the starting lineup. In the five seasons in Tulsa she could never reach the playoffs with the team. At the beginning of the 2015 season, Lacy played for the Los Angeles Sparks team . The second half of the season, she contested for the Connecticut Sun . This is Lacy's last stop in the WNBA for the time being.

Up to this point, she played in 10 WNBA seasons in the regular season 295 games, she was 75 May in the starting lineup and scored 1506 points, 671 rebounds and 171 assists. In 3 playoff games (without being used in the starting line-up) she scored 4 points, 2 rebounds and no assist.

Europe

During the WNBA season break, Lacy played like many WNBA players in Europe. In the 2007/08 season she was on the field for the Polish club CCC Polkowice .
