Jeong Han Kim

Jeong Han Kim (born July 20, 1962 in Seoul ) is a South Korean mathematician.

Kim studied at Yonsei University and received her doctorate in 1993 with Jeff Kahn at Rutgers University (Non-combinatorial approaches to combinatorial problems). He was at ATT Bell Laboratories and Microsoft Research, was a professor at Yonsei University and is a professor at the Korea Institute for Advanced Study .

In 1997 he received the Fulkerson Prize for proving that the Ramsey number is asymptotically of order . He also deals with computer science and graph theory.
