Jernhusen AB is a Swedish public company owned by the state that owns and manages real estate that is or has been of importance to the Swedish railways. This includes train stations, office buildings, freight terminals and workshops. Jernhusen AB was formed in 2001 as part of the privatization of the Swedish State Railways and took over their properties. Jernhusen AB was part of the holding company Swedcarrier AB until 2009 when the parent company was dissolved and incorporated into Jernhusen AB.

Jernhusen AB owned 237 properties with a value of 10.4 billion SEK as of June 30, 2013 and in 2018 owns 160 properties with a market value of 16.2 billion SEK, of which approximately ¾ in terms of value are in the three major cities of Stockholm , Gothenburg and Malmö .

While office and retail space in larger train stations is rented to various companies, the company is trying to sell smaller train stations.

In 2013 the company had 265 employees, in 2018 only around 200.
