Jerry Clausing

Gerhard "Jerry" Clausing (born February 16, 1943 in Posen ) is an American German studies scholar .

Jerry Clausing is Professor Emeritus of German Studies and German Culture at the University of Southern California . His focus is on folklore and German film . He was a visiting researcher at the Filmmuseum Berlin and the Filmmuseum Frankfurt , and published fundamental texts on German culture. As professor emeritus he continues to supervise students in their scientific work.
