Jesús Mendoza Rivas

Jesús Mendoza Rivas (born November 12, 1942 in Guadalajara , Jalisco ) is a retired Mexican football player on the position of goalkeeper .

career

Mendoza played for almost his entire professional career from 1963 to 1974 for his hometown club Club Deportivo Oro , which had been converted into Club Social y Deportivo Jalisco in 1970 . Only in the 1968/69 season he guarded the goal for one season at the Jabatos de Nuevo León .

His only international game for the Mexican national soccer team he completed in a friendly game played on July 7, 1968 in Chile against Brazil , which was lost 2-0.
