Yevgeny Anatoljewitsch Druzhinin ( Russian: Евгений Анатольевич Дружинин , born October 29, 1968 in Kislyar , RSFSR, USSR) is a Russian businessman . He is the general director of Kislyarsky konjachny zavod , one of the largest Russian brandy producers and the second largest company in Dagestan . The work is included in the list of systemically important companies of Dagestan.

Druzhinin was born into a family of winemakers. His mother Ludmilla Ivanovna Druzhinina was the director of the syrup plant of the Kizlyarsky konjachny zavod . Druzhinin grew up in Kisljar, where he graduated from General School No. 7 in 1986. From 1987 to 1989 he served at the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Leninsk City . In 1992 he graduated from the Economics Department of the Moscow Cooperative Institute.

He was then offered the position of cellar master in one of the Derbent factories, where Druzhinin worked for three years. In 1997, Druzhinin returned to the Russian capital in connection with the closure of the plant, where he became deputy director of the Moscow branch of Kizlyarsky konjachny zavod and held this position until 2000. After the branch was closed, Druzhinin moved into the private sector.

In 2005 he graduated from the Moscow Academy of State and Municipal Administration of the Russian Academy of Public Administration (РАГС) under the President of the Russian Federation.

In May 2008 Druzhinin became the commercial deputy to the director of Kizlyarsky konjachny zavod. After Vladimir Grigoriants left the management of the company, he was headed by Yevgeny Druzhinin. During his leadership, the company carried out a modernization with its own financial means, increased the volume of production and became a major financier of the state budget of Dagestan. On his initiative, the plant became a member of the Kremlin Suppliers' Guild again in July 2008.

2012 was Druzhinin from the party " United Russia " (Единая Россия) in the VI. Election cycle for the district deputy of the city of Kisljar. He was a member of the commission for industry, transport, communication, trade, consumer services and consumer protection.

After some disputes about a possible privatization, Druzhinin has been managing the company as general director since 2014.

Family and personal life

Druzhinin is married and has a daughter and two sons. He is involved in the Makhachkala Orthodox community.
