Jiřina Steimarová
Jiřina Steimarová (born January 24, 1916 in Prague-Podskalí , † October 7, 2007 in Prague ) was a Czech actress .
Life
The daughter of Anna Steimarová and Jiří Steimar comes from a family of actors. Her grandfather was the Pilsen principal Vendelín Budil . She was the mother of actors Jiří Kodet and Evelyna Steimarová . Her granddaughters Barbora Kodetová and Anna Polívková are also actresses.
Jiřina Steimarovaus lost her position at the National Theater in Prague for political reasons.
She made her film debut in 1932 at the age of 16, and she last appeared in front of the camera in 1999.
