Jianhe
Jianhe ( Chinese 剑河 县 , Pinyin Jiànhé Xiàn ) is a Chinese district in the southeast of Guizhou Province . It belongs to the administrative area of the Qiandongnan Autonomous District, which includes Miao and Dong. Jianhe has an area of 2,165 km² and has about 241,100 inhabitants (2003). Its main town is the Gedong community (革 东镇).
A famous paleontological site is located in the village Balang八郎村the greater community Gedong.
