Jianping

The circle Jianping ( 建平县 , Jianping Xiàn ) is a Chinese circle to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city Chaoyang in the western province of Liaoning belongs. It has an area of 4,838 km² and has around 580,000 inhabitants.
