Beipiao
Beipiao ( Chinese 北票市 , Pinyin Běipiào Shì ) is a district-free city in the administrative area of the district-free city of Chaoyang in the west of the Chinese province of Liaoning . It has an area of 4,469 km² and has a population of 600,000 (2010).
Attractions
The tomb of Feng Sufu ( Feng Sufu Mu冯 素 弗 墓) from the time of the Northern Yan Empire of the Sixteen Kingdoms has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (6-243) since 2006 . The site of the Tuchengzi Formation ( 土城 子 組 , Tuchengzi zu ) is on their territory. The dinosaur Beipiaosaurus is named after the city.
