Shuangta
The Shuangta District ( Chinese 双塔 区 , Pinyin Shuāngtǎ Qū ) is a Chinese municipality that belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture -level city of Chaoyang in the west of Liaoning Province . It has an area of 211 km² and has a population of around 310,000 (2003). It is the center and seat of the city government.

At the community level, the city district consists of ten street districts , two large communities and two communities .
