Jincheng , also Kincheng or Chincheng ( Chinese  金 城鎮 , Pinyin Jīnchéng Zhèn , Tongyong Pinyin Jīnchéng Jhèn , W.-G. Chin-ch'eng-Chèn , Pe̍h-ōe-jī Kim-siâⁿ-tìn  - "Golden City"), is a municipality ( ) on the island of Kinmen , off the coast of mainland China , and is administered by the Republic of China in Taiwan.

The place is located in the southeast of Kinmen and is the capital of Kinmen County. In addition, Jincheng is the administrative center of the part of Fujian Province controlled by the Republic of China, which includes Kinmen and the Matsu archipelago . The port of Kinmens is located in Jincheng, from where there are regular ferry connections to mainland China.

In 2010, 578.20 hectares of the parish area belonged to Kinmen National Park .
