Jingning (Pingliang)

Jingning County ( Chinese 静宁县 , Pinyin Jìngníng Xiàn ) belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture -level city of Pingliang in the Chinese province of Gansu . It has an area of 2,193 km² and has a population of 470,000 (2004). Its main town is Chengguan eng 镇.
