Jinzora is a web-based free media streaming portal interface under the GPL , which was mainly designed to stream MP3 files and videos on your own intranet (e.g. on a home web server such as XAMPP ) or directly over the Internet . Jinzora, written in PHP , uses MySQL as its database .
However, the website is currently no longer available, so it is unclear whether the project will be continued (as of June 2016).
File formats and platforms
The audio formats MP3 , AAC / M4A / MP4 , WMA , Ogg Vorbis , RealAudio and MIDI are directly supported. Some can be transcoded to: FLAC , MPC , WAV , WMA Lossless, WV , SHN . AVI , WMV , MPEG and MOV can be used as video formats . Resampling cannot be used if Jinzora has been installed on a web space .
During installation, you can choose between integration into various CMS ( Joomla , Mambo , PHP-Nuke and PGNuke ) and installation as a stand-alone solution.
