Zürcher Landzeitung
Zürcher Landzeitung was the short-lived umbrella brand of a head sheet system in autumn 2006 for the three regional newspapers in Zurich, the Zürichsee-Zeitung , Zürcher Oberländer and Zürcher Unterländer . The coat was produced by the Zürichsee-Zeitung in Stäfa .
The publishers of the three newspapers in which Neue Zürcher Zeitung had a stake through Freie Presse Holding ( Zürcher Unterländer 100%, Zürichsee-Zeitung 40%, Zürcher Oberländer 38%) founded Zürich Land Medien AG in 2006 for this purpose.
After the takeover of 60% of the Zürichsee-Zeitung at the end of 2006 by Tamedia , there was an exchange of shares between the latter and the Neue Zürcher Zeitung : Tamedia took over the holdings of the Neue Zürcher Zeitung in the three regional newspapers and surrendered its stake in the Thurgauer Zeitung .
Tamedia then replaced the “Zürcher Landzeitung” in 2007 with the new network of “ Zürcher Regionalzeitung ” newspapers, supplemented by the Winterthurer Landbote .
The "Zürcher Landzeitung" achieved a circulation of 95,255 copies (in the weekly large circulation 252,434 copies).
