Jiuli ( Chinese 九 里 区 ) was a municipality in the prefecture of Xuzhou in the Chinese province of Jiangsu . Its administrative area had an area of 98 km² and it had about 196,000 inhabitants (early 2005). The seat of government was the street district Huohua (火花 街道). On May 5, 2010, Jiuli was dissolved. In doing so, its areas were distributed to the districts of Gulou , Quanshan and Tongshan .

At the community level, the municipality was made up of thirteen street districts.
