Joachim Braun (Author)

Joachim Braun (* 1960 in Remscheid ) is a German author , couples therapist and child and adolescent psychotherapist .

Career

After graduating from high school, Braun studied educational sciences at the Free University of Berlin with a diploma. This was followed by many years of work at profamilia berlin as a sex educator and couple counselor , before he set up his own practice in 2005. Braun completed therapy training at the Institute for Partner and Sex Therapy in Würzburg and at the South German Academy for Psychotherapy in Bad Grönenbach and wrote a total of seven guides for parents and young people. From 2005 to 2008 he also worked as a screenwriter for the early-evening television crime series Lenßen & Partner and K11 - Kommissare .

Joachim Braun lives and practices in Berlin.
