Joachim Goldstein
Joachim Goldstein (born September 30, 1962 ) is a former German soccer player.
career
Goldstein first played in his youth at TSV Kriegshaber and moved to FC Augsburg in 1979 and was appointed to the DFB's school and junior national teams . Under the direction of trainer Dietrich Weise , Joachim Goldstein was part of the extremely successful German junior class that won the U18 European Championship in Germany in 1981. As a youth player, Goldstein was used in four games in the 1980/81 season at FC Augsburg in the 2nd Bundesliga South . In the 1981/82 season Goldstein received a professional contract with TSV 1860 Munich , who had just been relegated to the newly founded 2nd Bundesliga . After the season, the Lions relegated to the amateur camp after financial problems. For several years Goldstein played third class in the Bayern League at TSV 1860.
