Joachim Wolf is a German legal scholar .
Life
After graduation in 1980 in Saarbrücken and habilitation at the University Saarbrücken 1992 he taught at the Department of Public Law, esp. Environmental Law, Administrative Law, Administrative Management at the University of Bochum . The son of Ernst Wolf and his wife Roda, b. Hartmann, retired in 2014 .
