Joakim Hedqvist (born November 22, 1977 ) is a Swedish bandy player . He plays in the Swedish Elitserien for IFK Vänersborg in 2013/14 .

Hedqvist, who is used in attacking midfield, played for the longest time of his career for the two clubs Brobergs IF and Edsbyns IF . With the latter he won the Swedish championship four times in a row between 2005 and 208. In 2008/09 he played for a short time in the Russian first division for Zorki Krasnogorsk . He has been part of the IFK Vänersborg squad since 2012.

Hedqvist played for the Swedish national team in the winter of 2008/09. At the 2009 Bandy World Cup in Sweden, Hedqvist won the world title with the team. With 14 goals, he was the top scorer of the tournament together with the Russian Yevgeny Ivanushkin .

Hedqvist is 1.87 m tall and weighs 88 kg.
