Joash II
Joas II. Or Iyoas II. ( Ethiop . ኢዮዋስ ; † June 3, 1821 ) was from June 19, 1818 until his death on June 3, 1821 Negus Negest ( Emperor ) of Ethiopia and a member of the Solomon dynasty . He was the son of Hezekiah .
According to Samuel Gobat, Joash was effectively strengthened by the Ras Gugsa , who was his support, or more precisely, his superior. An interregnum of several months followed his death .
