Jochanan Wallach ( Hebrew יוחנן וולך, also Yochanan Vollach ; * May 14, 1945 in Kiryat Bialik , today Israel ) is a former Israeli soccer player , one of the best Israeli players of all time. Today he is President of Maccabi Haifa .
