Jochen Endress

Jochen Endreß (born November 3, 1972 in Tübingen ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

As a central defender and defensive midfielder, he made 78 Bundesliga appearances (2 goals) for VfB Stuttgart between 1993 and 2002. For the 2002/03 season he moved to SSV Reutlingen where he made 20 appearances in the second division. Since the club was denied the license for the regional league after the sporting relegation from the professional camp, Endreß moved to TSG 1899 Hoffenheim in the same league in summer 2003 and was in the team of the year of the kicker sports magazine in 2004. In 2006 he ended his active career in the second team at TSG Hoffenheim.

After his career, Jochen Endress completed the DFB coaching course and acquired the DFB-B license in 2006. In the winter of 2010 he took over the post of head coach at TuS Mingolsheim. In this role, Endreß increasingly relies on local talent and tries to impart basic social values ​​to them in addition to football skills.
