Joe Bar team
The Joe Bar Team is a comic series about motorcyclists and their everyday experiences and adventures. The authors and draftsmen of the volumes are the French Christian Debarre ( Bar2 ) and Stéphane Deteindre ( Fane ).

The first edition appeared in 1990 and had a total of seven subsequent volumes. According to the blurb, the adventures of the first volume are set in Paris around 1975 and deal with motorcycle rides, illegal street races and accidents involving members of the Joe Bar Team. The stories of the second volume follow 20 years later, which is why the original motorcycles were swapped for younger models, and deal with the acquisition of a driver's license and the switch from mopeds to motorcycles of the following generation. The third volume, published in November 1995, deals with Fiffis, Börnies and Geges difficulties in mastering and repairing their powerful motorcycles and introduces a female figure for the first time with the waitress Josy.

In Germany the comics are distributed by Egmont Ehapa Verlag . The stories were printed among others by the magazine Mopped - the young motorcycle magazine. The comics were published in eight volumes from 1990 to 2015, and special volumes appeared in 1999 and 2002.
