Joe Crawford (basketball player)
Joe Crawford (* 17th June 1986 as Joseph Reshard Crawford III in Detroit , Michigan ) is an American basketball player .
Career
Crawford first attended Renaissance High School in Detroit, where he played for the school team and won the state championship with this. Afterwards graduated from the University of Kentucky . In 2008 he was drafted by the Los Angeles Lakers , but did not make the leap into the team. Instead, he played for the Los Angeles D-Fenders , the Lakers' development team . In early April 2009 he signed a contract with the New York Knicks until the end of the season. He was used twice and scored a total of 9 points.
