Johann Caspar Nückel

Johann Caspar Nückel (born February 3, 1754 in Schmallenberg-Oberkirchen , † August 18, 1814 in Cologne ) was a lawyer, councilor and university professor.

Life

Nückel attended the Wedinghausen grammar school in Arnsberg. He then studied law in Cologne and received a doctorate in law . The later law professor at Cologne University qualified before the Cologne Council in 1786 and acquired citizenship two years later. In the period from 1788 to 1794 Nückel was also a councilor in Cologne. During this time on March 8, 1792 his son, who later became a doctor and councilor, Johann Benedikt was born. The author of legal writings was also a fiscal judge in Cologne.
