Johann Georg Achenbach

Johann Georg Achenbach (born March 19, 1706 in Siegen ; † March 24, 1776 ibid) was mayor of Siegen.

The merchant Achenbach was both the church elder of the city of Siegen and its mayor around 1768. He was married to Anna Katharina Hütt (1710–1767) from 1739 . The children Augusta Katharina (* 1740) and Johann August (* 1743) came from this marriage .
