Johann Hugo Joseph Ritter und Edler von Coll (born June 15, 1735 in Koblenz , † September 27, 1784 ibid) was an Electorate of Trier and court adviser and chancellery director.

Life

Johann Hugo Joseph Knight and Noble Coll was the son of kurtierischen Chancellor Johann Matthias knights and noble from Coll and his wife Maria Theresia Franziska Noble brine maker to Namedy born in Koblenz. After studying law , he was employed in the Electorate of Trier as a secretary and court councilor, later also as a chancellery under the Trier Chancellor von Eschermann. On October 29, 1760 he married Maria Ferdinandine Josepha von Stefné, daughter of the electoral Cologne and Episcopal Freising Privy Council, General Vicariate Assessor and Appelation Council in Worms, Lic.iur.utr. Jacob Joseph Freiherr von Stefné and his wife Maria Anna von Melisse. Enrolled in the Upper and Middle Rhine Imperial Knighthood . Confirmation of the immediate baronial imperial knighthood on the upper Rhine on December 4, 1760.
