Johann Duvigneau
Johann Justus Duvigneau (born October 30, 1885 in Magdeburg ; † 1945 ) was a German administrative lawyer and most recently district administrator of the Pinneberg district .
Life
Duvigneau was born in Magdeburg as the son of the building council and general director of the Magdeburg construction and credit bank Johann August Duvigneau (1854–1940) and his wife Emma Auguste, née. Deneke was born. His grandfather was the Magdeburg businessman, politician and honorary citizen Otto Duvigneau .
Johann Duvigneau attended the educational department of the monastery of Our Dear Women in Magdeburg. After graduating from high school in 1905, he studied law in Tübingen , Berlin and Göttingen . In Tübingen he was a member of the Corps Suevia . In 1908 he passed the trainee examination in Celle. He performed his military service in 1908/98 as a one-year volunteer in the field artillery regiment "Prince Regent Luitpold von Bayern" (Magdeburgisches) No. 4 . In 1909/10 he was a court trainee in Delitzsch . In 1911 he switched to an administrative career and became a government trainee in Merseburg and Bleckede. In 1915 he graduated from the government assistant professor.
During the First World War , Duvigneau initially served as a battalion and regimental adjutant in the Reserve Infantry Regiment No. 27. After two serious wounds, he was adjutant in the Imperial German Generalgouvernement Warsaw in Lodz from 1916 to 1918 . In 1917 he was promoted to lieutenant in the reserve. After the end of the war, Duvigneau resigned to the administration. From January 1919 to 1910 he was employed by the government in Magdeburg, then by the government and senior presidium in Schneidemühl , and from 1921 as a councilor. From December 1924 to March 1925 he was deputy district administrator in Torgau . In June 1925 he became provisional district administrator in Soltau , in November 1925 he became district administrator. From 1932 to 1945 he was district administrator of the Pinneberg district.
