Johann Kriar (born July 9, 1952 ) is a former German soccer player .
Career
The striker Johann Kriar began his career at Borussia Lippstadt and later moved to the 1. FC Paderborn club . In the summer of 1974 he moved to the then second division club TSV 1860 Munich , where he was without a job. Kriar returned to Paderborn and in the summer of 1977 switched to local rivals TuS Schloß Neuhaus , who had just been promoted to the Association League. As third in the table, the Neuhäuser qualified for the newly created Oberliga Westfalen . There Kriar developed into a goalscorer. In the first two seasons he was the top scorer of the league and scored 31 times in the 1978/79 season and 23 times a year later . In 1982, the Neuhäuser were finally league champions and prevailed in the subsequent round of promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga . On August 7, 1982, Kriar made his second division debut in the 2-0 defeat of Neuhäuser against SV Waldhof Mannheim . In the 1982/83 season Johann Kriar completed 33 second division games and scored six goals. At the end of the season, Schloss Neuhaus was relegated from bottom of the table and Kriar left the club with an unknown goal.
