Johann von Schaesberg

Johann von Schaesberg (* before 1542; † June 28, 1579 ) was head of the Lower Rhine noble family von Schaesberg .

He married Agnes von Eynatten on February 7, 1542. The marriage had eight children. Catharina, Maria, Margaretha, Friedrich, Anna, Johanna, Agnes and Wilhelm. His first-born son Friedrich continued the line . Johann had the renaissance castle Schaesberg built in the Dutch province of Limburg in 1571 .

He died on June 28, 1579.
