Johannes Harms

Johannes Harms (born August 30, 1900 in Celle ; † January 18, 1989 in Lüneburg ) was a German politician ( NLP / DP ) and a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament .

Life

Harms attended high school and then completed a law degree. After the exam, he worked as a lawyer in Lüneburg. In the Weimar Republic before 1933 he was not politically active. He died on January 18, 1989 in Lüneburg.

Harms was a member of the Lower Saxony State Party (NLP) since 1945, and the German Party from November 1946. As a member of the Lower Saxony State Parliament, he was a member of the Lower Saxony State Parliament in the first electoral period from April 20, 1947 to April 30, 1951, where he was chairman of the Electoral Committee from August 31, 1948 to April 30, 1951. From March 28, 1951 he belonged to the DP / CDU parliamentary group.
