Johannes Jänisch (also Johannes Jänisius , born October 31, 1636 in Breslau ; † December 7, 1707 ibid) was a German physician and city ​​physician in Breslau.

Johannes Jänisch worked as a doctor and city physician in Breslau from around 1660.

On October 30, 1669, Johannes Jänisius with the academic surname Arcturus was accepted as a member ( matriculation no. 34 ) of the Academia Naturae Curiosorum , today's German Academy of Natural Scientists Leopoldina .
