Johannes Meier (born September 24, 1984 in Kaufbeuren ) is a German-Austrian soccer player.
Career
In his youth Meier played at FC Memmingen and TSV 1860 Munich. In 2003 he moved to SSV Ulm in the first team. Since 2006 he played at 1. FC Heidenheim 1846 , with whom he was champion of the Regionalliga Süd in 2009 and rose to the 3rd division . He made his professional debut on July 25, 2009 when he was on the starting line-up in the 2-2 draw against Wuppertaler SV Borussia on the first day of the 2009/10 season.
On May 16, 2011 it was announced that Meier would leave the FCH and end his professional career.
