Johannes Sander (doctor)

Johannes Sander (* 1936 ) is a German doctor.

Life

Doctorate and habilitation took place in Tübingen. In May 1975, Sander was appointed head of the State Medical Examination Office in Osnabrück. In 1987 he was appointed head of the State Medical Examination Office in Hanover. In 1994 Sander became President of the newly created State Health Office. Head of the screening laboratory in Hanover.

Since 1986, Sander has headed the national congresses for hospital and environmental hygiene in Hanover. Further scientific and advanced training focuses are his measures for quality assurance in health hygiene.

Sander received the Ernst von Bergmann plaque in recognition of his services to advanced medical training, awarded by the German Medical Association .
