Johannes Zmarzlik
Johannes Zmarzlik was a German labor lawyer and ministerial official .
Career
Zmarzlik received his doctorate in 1952 from the law and political science faculty of the University of Würzburg . During his professional activities he was a ministerial advisor in the Federal Ministry for Labor and Social Affairs .
He is the author of comments to the Working Time Regulations , for youth employment law , the Maternity Protection Act , for Bundeserziehungsgeldgesetz and the Working Hours Act .
