Johannes von Bockraden

Johannes von Bockraden (* in the 14th century; † in the 15th century) was canon in Münster and Osnabrück .

Life

Johannes von Bockraden was born as the son of Friedrich von Bockraden and came from a family living near Quakenbrück . He studied in Bologna Jura and is used as canon to Munster for the first time on 23 February 1426 documentary mention. Three years later it came into the possession of a cathedral priest in Osnabrück. The obedience of Leppering also belonged to his property. The sources do not provide any information about his further life.
