Johannisstrasse (Dessau)

The Johannisstraße at Dessauer St. John's Church is a street in the New Town of Dessau north of the city parks . In the south it starts from Kavalierstraße (temporarily: Wilhelm-Pieck-Straße) and ends in the north at Ferdinand-von-Schill-Straße. Hausmannstrasse and Stiftstrasse branch off from it. The Palais Minckwitz (Johannisstrasse 10), the Johanniskirche and the rectory (no.11), the Palais Bose (no.13), the old bakery ( no.17 ) and the Schwabehaus ( no.18 ) are on the street. Many buildings on Johannisstraße are listed, including the Handwerkerhof Johannisstraße 6 .
