John Bemme

John Bemme (born February 24, 1962 ) is a former German football player .

The trained mechanical engineer Bemme began his league career in 1980 at FC Karl-Marx-Stadt , for which he scored six goals in 59 games. The striker had played in the club's youth teams since 1969 . During his military service he played for Vorwärts Hagenow in the 1981/82 season . He played his first league game on September 13, 1980, when FCK lost 3-2 at FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt . In 1986 he moved to the district neighbor BSG Wismut Aue , where he played another 64 games (eight goals). He was also used in the 1987/88 UEFA Cup season in the second leg of the second round against Flamurtari Vlora . After relegation in 1990, Bemme played with the Erzgebirge, who now belonged to the club FC Wismut Aue , in the newly founded Oberliga Nordost-Süd until 1992 (33 games / four goals).

John Bemme ended his playing career in 2001 at BSV Turbine Chemnitz . Since then he has been a member and contact person of the CFC oldie team . After the merger of the clubs BSV Turbine Chemnitz and CSV Union 77 eV (since then SpVgg Blau Weiß Chemnitz 02 eV), Bemme declared himself ready to take part again as an active player. In the 2006/2007 season he worked as a player coach from the winter break and led the BW Chemnitz team, which had to accept two relegations in 2004 and 2005, to the district championship title and the associated promotion to the Chemnitz district class . In the 2010/11 season he coached the regional division SSV Blau-Weiß Gersdorf and came back to a brief assignment as a player.

John Bemme is currently the owner of a travel agency in Chemnitz.
