John Parkes

John Parkes (born 1950 ) is an Australian Anglican Bishop of the Anglican Church of Australia .

Life

Parkes studied Anglican theology . Parkes served as principal at All Saints' Church in Ainslie , Canberra , from 1998 to 2004 . He worked as auxiliary bishop in the Anglican diocese of Brisbane. On December 13, 2008, he was introduced as bishop of the Anglican diocese of Wangaratta.
